Session Questions
When should I pay for my session?
Do you travel to meet clients?
For pre-session consultations, I am available by phone, email, or in-person. The ordering session takes place in person (either in-studio or in your home). This method of ordering gives you personalized service and allows all your questions to be answered. Also, seeing your reactions to your photos is one of the perks of my job!
Do you provide props?
I provide some props (wraps and hats, bowls and baskets for newborns and hair accessories for women, for example) but sessions are focused more on people than props. If you have any special items you’d like to include in your session, you are welcome to bring them along! If you have any special requests for props, let me know at our consultation and I will do my best to provide it.
What happens if we go over session coverage time?
I try to never book sessions back-to-back so that I have the freedom to continue a shoot if I feel it necessary. I will never charge for extra time offered at my discretion. However, if a session is concluded to my satisfaction, but YOU request additional time, there will be additional fees. Also, if you are late for your session, I reserve the right to subtract that time from the session duration..
When can we expect to see our session photos?
Your photos will usually be in post-production for 1-2 weeks before they are ready to be shown to you. Ordering sessions are scheduled within two weeks of the photos being ready. Ordering sessions booked later than this will be subject to a $25 fee.
I don’t know where to begin? What to do? What to wear?…
Once you contact Aglow and book a session, you will be given a Welcome Package that answers many of the most typical questions and concerns our clients have. In addition, I am always only a phone call, text or email away throughout the process if you have questions. I do my best to guide you on clothing choice or style ideas. I also have excellent hair and makeup artists I work with who can help you look your best.

Business Questions
What forms of payment do you take?
We are able to take cash, credit cards and e-transfers. Personal cheques may be used to pay the retainer fees only.
Do you charge to travel for a shoot?
Yes. There is an additional charge for sessions conducted on-location. This fee covers packing of equipment, transportation and on-site set-up. For most locations in Montreal, the charge is $50. For further locations please contact me for prices.
Is my retainer refunded if I cancel the shoot?
Sessions cancelled seven days or more before the scheduled date may be refunded, Retainer fees can be credited towards a future session date if the session is postponed less than a week in advance. Please try to provide at least 48 hours notice of postponing a session!
What rights do I have to the digital prints?
A print release accompanies all purchases of high resolution digital images, so you have the right to reprint the images as often as you’d like. However, you may not sell the images for profit or publish your images without written consent. If you have not purchased a print release, then you may only share images online and through social media. Making prints without a release is a violation of copyright law.
Do you backup or archive the images?
We will keep the images that you ordered backed up on an offline secure server for at least one year. After that time, your images may be purged at our discretion.

I use a variety of professional printing labs. Printed products are always archival and the highest quality. Your satisfaction is my biggest priority, and I believe that your images should be enjoyed for generations to come.
How are our products delivered, and how long does it take?
Your images can be picked up from my studio or I can bring them to you. Arrangements can be discussed at your ordering session.
